nameplate- it is where the brand of the multi tester located

face plate- it protects the meter scale and the inside mechanisms of the multi tester

meter scale- it is used to identify the amount of voltage, current or resistance in the circuit being measured

test-prods panel- the case of the two test prods

positive test prods- red terminal

negative test prod- balack terminal

needle corrector- it is used ed for calibrating the needle if its not located in the infinity sign not ranging zero

needle pointer- it is a movable part of a multi tester which indicates reading

zero ohms adjuster- it is used to adjust the needle pointer into zero position before and after use

range selector- it is used to select or the selector indicator of the function of a multi tester

resistance block- it is a block used to measure the resistance and continuity of a circuit.

direct current voltage block- it is used for measuring polarity like batteries.

direct current milli ampere block- used to measure small voltage of direct current.
